Profits of China's major industrial enterprises rebounded by 0.8 percent year on year in June, after declining over the previous two months due to COVID-19 curbs, according to official data released on Wednesday.
With COVID-19 outbreaks brought under control, China's enterprises have resumed production in the second quarter, NBS senior statistician Zhu Hong said in a statement.
Many sectors saw profit growth in June, with 21 out of 41 monitored sectors seeing year-on-year profit growth in the past month, Zhu said.
