Robots making debut in Beijing

More than 30 new types of robots will make their debut at the 2022 World Robot Conference, organizers said on Monday. The conference will be held from Aug 18 to 21 at the Beijing Etrong International Exhibition and Convention Center, and will feature over 130 enterprises and hundreds of different types of robots.

The 2022 World Robot Championships will be held along with the conference, featuring four categories of competition with more than 4,000 contestants.

A report on the previous year's robotics development in China will be released during the event, giving those interested a clear understanding of the latest trends in the field.
